We want to keep everything as normal as possible – but there will be changes in the way we operate, with one-way systems and regular sanitization of all hard surfaces being examples. We have acquired a fogger and as well as routine targeted procedures, full sanitization of the restaurant will be undertaken three times daily. We will be closing at 3.00pm Monday – Saturday to allow this to happen.
We have installed limited glass screening combined with socially distanced table layouts and all the staff have undergone rigorous training on maintaining a safe, comfortable and healthy environment for all.
The safety of all is our deeply held commitment and that will prioritise everything that we do. We aim not to simply comply with the guidelines but to exceed them where at all possible.
It’s a new experience for us all and we will learn as we go along. We will keep you up to date with any changes and look forward to seeing you.
